Behavioral Interviews

Interviewing software developers can be challenging because of their intense intelligence and creativity. When you find a software developer who is a great cultural fit, it's like the stars have aligned. On the other hand, a poor developer hire can cost your company in many ways more than just one person's salary.

Only your team can really know if someone is a cultural fit or not, but our team can provide a reliable "first pass." Pairify has the developer-focused interview down to a science and the results will save you time, expense and headache!

Behavioral Interview

The “Behavioral Interview” is a scheduled 1-on-1 session that attempts to evaluate the potential cultural fit in an organization. Pairify interviewers attempt to make the session flow like a conversation between co-workers which typically results in a relaxed and enjoyable appointment. Questions during the interview are designed to go as deep as the candidate is willing and provide rich insights into levels of emotional intelligence, ethics and social ability.

You can request we focus on any areas that are important to your organization. Our data points below are defaults, but we can flex with you.
